Holden Parts Warranty covers parts for 2 years / 50,000 kms if fitted by Robertson Holden Service Department or 12 months / 25,000 kms for ‘over the counter’ sales.

With an on-line Electronic Parts Catalogue and on-line Price and Availability Facilities, the dedicated parts team at Robertson Holden can accurately and efficiently answer your Parts and Accessory enquiries.
Most common parts are held in stock and are readily available over the counter. Delivery for parts not held in stock is overnight for most parts or 48 hours ex-Australia.
Robertson Holden also carries stocks of AC Delco parts, specialty oils and lubricants and guaranteed AC Delco batteries.
The Parts and Accessories counter is open Monday to Friday 8am till 5pm, and on Saturday between 9am and midday.

Robertson Holden Service at 451 Rangitikei Street specialise in the on-going care, service and maintenance of Holden’s. They also service all makes and models of vehicle, including imports. They even offer on-site wheel alignment.

The Robertson Holden Service Department is open from 7.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday and on Saturday’s from 9.00am to 12 noon. Alternative arrangements can be made for vehicle pick up and drop off outside of these hours.

Franchise Trained
To provide a specialised team of technicians who know and understand the philosophy behind Holden and are fully conversant with the diagnosis and analysis methods used internationally by Holden, all Robertson Holden technicians are trained by the franchise.
Technicians attend specialist training and up-date sessions at Holden’s Technical Training Centre in Auckland and all technicians participate in regular correspondence with Holden’s Tech Guild to receive on-going knowledge and training.
At Robertson Holden the level of on-going training is huge. Every week throughout the year there is at least one technician is involved in a course or refresher programme.
Robertson Holden has always participated in an apprenticeship scheme and has at least one trainee apprentice employed at any one time. Apprentices follow the MITO training scheme with on site supervision and regular study modules and support from MITO trainers. (MITO = Motor Industry Training Organisation).
For Robertson Holden it is a commitment to the trust customers have put in them to provide superior quality service by trained qualified technicians using genuine parts and accessories.
Equipment
ONCE a mechanic would set-up an engine using a timing light, today a technician will plug-in a laptop. The on-board information and systems control available in the modern automobile require access to the latest diagnostic software and regularly updated diagnostic disks.
The Robertson Holden workshop has individual fully-appointed stand-alone work bays, each with separate hoist, air and oil lines. Their TIS (Technical Information System) enables on-site research and diagnosis with the latest franchise release software. Portable computer systems allow for on-board vehicle performance analysis while driving or putting the vehicle under load.
Robertson Holden also provides on-site specialist wheel alignment equipment and an automated Soft-Care car wash for that final touch.
